TERMS OF SERVICE
First and foremost, MBFUMA/MBF Cigars LLC/FavTra LLC respects the privacy of its customers. We do not share your address, credit card information or email with anyone else. All customer information is strictly used to process orders and for our promotional correspondence to keep you informed in the most convenient, secure & efficient way possible. If you would like to be removed from any of our mailings, please Contact Us. MBFUMA/MBF Cigars LLC/FavTra LLC protects all information by using a secure server. That means that your credit card number and address are encrypted so that it cannot be read as the information travels via the Internet. We have made it a priority to keep your information and shopping experience a safe one.
We charge for shipping by the weight calculated by your order, according to shipping provider rates. Standard ground shipping is free if the order is $350.00 or more. Any customers wanting rush delivery must pay additional charges for any packages requested to be sent Next Day, 2nd Day Air, or 3rd-day Select via UPS, or options other than standard rates by any service provider being used. All merchandise leaves our facilities in perfect condition.
Should any item that is received damaged or lost during transit, please call us immediately. The outer packaging must be saved for shipping provider verification, otherwise we cannot guarantee that shipping provider will reimburse us for damages. We will reship all items as soon as possible and handle any claim with shipping providers for you.
CALIFORNIA:
MBFUMA complies with California Senate Bill 39. All shipments within compliance require an adult signature and clients must confirm their order with MBFUMA after successfully checking out.
UTAH & HAWAII:
MBFUMA does not ship tobacco products to Utah nor Hawaii.
All sales are final, if a package is lost, damaged or seized by customs, it is the customer’s sole responsibility. Order at your own risk. Online International orders are charged a Flat Rate Fee depending on the country selected. First time customers may be required to verify identity and/or payment method. All international orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service Priority with final delivery by regional courier. It is important to note that all duties are the responsibility of the customer, and all sales are final. If a package is lost, damaged, or seized by customs, it is the customer's responsibility. Orders are placed at the customer's own risk. Additionally, please allow at least 10-14 business days to process international orders. Boxes may be opened and checked for damage prior to shipment. It is the buyer's responsibility to comply with their country's local and federal tobacco laws and to pay any fees associated with their orders. International orders are limited to 75 cigars per order. In the event that a package is returned, the customer is eligible for a refund, minus the shipping fee. If the customer wishes to have the package shipped again, they must pay for another shipping fee. We do not ship to Freight Forwarding Services.
MBFUMA/MBF Cigars LLC/FavTra LLC guarantees your complete satisfaction on every product we sell and want you, the customer, to be happy with your purchase(s). Should you find that something is not to your satisfaction, we ask that you contact us via email shop@mbfuma.com and we will make the proper arrangements to remedy the situation. We will gladly refund any merchandise in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt of your order. If you need to return an item, please send INSURED via UPS, or parcel post to our shipping address of: 2520 Coral Way, Ste 2 #116 Miami, FL 33145.
Please notify us before returning any items. For damaged merchandise, please retain all packing material and contact us immediately at +1(833)237-8642. We will promptly arrange for it replacement. For international shipments we will inform you of your return address.
MBFUMA/MBF Cigars LLC/FavTra LLC is not responsible for the storage or condition of antique and surplus items. We personally inspect all items to be deemed as high-quality and sellable. Certain items in collections deemed as antique or surplus will have in their description the sellable quality associated with the item. We do not cover any shipping costs for Antique or Surplus items, all return shipping associated with these items is the responsibility of the purchaser.
MBFUMA/MBF Cigars LLC/FavTra LLC sells some perishable goods. Each perishable product sold will have an associated expiry or best-if-used-by date. Perishable goods may be produced, batched, packaged or manufactured in conditions and environments that may not be suitable for purchasers with nut or dairy allergies, or personal preferences such as vegan. We do not assume any responsibility for any matters associated with our perishable goods, such as allergies or personal preferences We do not accept refunds on perishable products. On a case by case basis, we would replace any products with concerns for new product and the disposal of faulty product would be the responsibility of the purchaser.
MBFUMA/MBF Cigars LLC/FavTra LLC offers clients login accounts through an online partner & provider for Loyalty & Rewards. We nor our online Loyalty & Rewards accept to hold any sensitive information. The requirements for having an account include name, email, and phone number, and password, with optional submission of the purchasers birthdate. This information is not shared with anyone and is used strictly for account management. We do not require purchasers have an account. MBFUMA holds the right to eliminate any existing point total or balance; reward points cannot be redeemed for real currency; MBFUMA reserves the right to refuse point redemption for any specific products.
When a customer is ready to place their order, the AgeChecker.Net popup will appear and explain the verification process and why it is required. Our service works on a variety of devices and platforms making the process smooth on both desktop and mobile, and usually takes under a minute to complete. Next, the customer is asked for their date of birth and their personal information if we don't already know it. For most websites, we can automatically pull the customer's name and address from your checkout page so they don't have to enter it again. We disable some of the checkout fields on your website to prevent the customer from changing their name or address after being verified with a different identity. The information submitted by the customer is processed by our service and checked against millions of documents consisting of public records, credit information, and other sources. For over 90% of the US population, we can automatically approve them with just this information. For international orders, we verify the customer is outside of the US and then allow them to continue. If we determine that the information submitted is fraudulent or it was not found in our databases, we will ask the customer to submit a photo ID. If we request a photo ID, we will give the customer a few options to upload a picture of their ID with their name and date of birth clearly visible. A picture can be taken directly from our popup if the user has a webcam and a supported browser, or they can upload a picture from a file. If they are on a mobile device, they are directed to their camera app to take a picture. Customers using a computer can also request a link to be sent to their phone, allowing them to take a picture with their phone and then continue the process on their computer. Once a picture is submitted, we will verify it in around 10 to 20 seconds. Once a user is verified, they can complete their purchase with one more click. If they submitted a photo ID, we will remember them so they never have to submit a photo ID again. If the customer was not verified successfully, we give them a chance to fix their picture and try again if it was blurry or unreadable. If we determine that they are underage, we can disable their access to our service. The process is seamless for all users, and takes under a minute from start to finish in most cases. The forever asked question. this is all dependent on where you are in the world. To make this simple and avoid over stimulating on information we will keep is simple:

* NOTE: when using plastic, cwipe all surfaces down with a 50%/50% mixture of white vinegar and distilled water; allow that to air dry; hen wipe up residue with distilled water and a microfibre cloth.
Blame your parents for not knowing. Moka Pots are not dangerous, however they are more volatile than a regular coffee machine. To make coffee the Moka Pot requires a clean seal, full chamber of water, full filter of coffee, and direct heat. These all create pressure which feeds the water through the dense coffee grounds and makes the liquid gold that is true espresso.
Steps to make REAL Coffee:
- Fill bottom chamber with water to the bottom of the side valve
- Place the Coffee Housing inside the Moka Pot, it will fit right in there
- Fill the Coffee Housing to top with FINE GROUND coffee
- Tamp and press coffee so it is compact; if you end up with space you may add more but don't press too much
- Make certain your threads are clean of coffee grinds
- Tighten top Pour Chamber making sure it is not loose
- Put over flame, or direct on electric/coil heat
- You'll hear the magic happen, don't leave it too long and burn your coffee
Every maker of clothing, apparel, and shoes today seems to have their own size guidelines. We make sure each product description has some details of the products fit, such as "True to Size", "Fitted", or "Oversized", etc. If the apparel you purchased is a normal stocked item for us, we will gladly allow returns and refunds. If it is a custom or one-off, we are sorry, but you chose your size according to your fit and our description. It's not the end of the world, we can always try to facilitate some exchange, after all, our goal is you 100% satisfaction, within reason of course!
